Notice is hereby given that the undersigned have this day taken out from
the office of the clerk of the Owen Probate Court letters testamentary on
the estate of Abner (difficult to read) Goodwin, late of Owen County,
deceased.  All persons indebted to said estate are requested to make
immediate payment, and those having claims against the same are requested
to present them duly authenticated for settlement within one year from
this date.  The estate is supposed to be solvent.
