-to wife Martha Blair - 1/3 of real estate and personal property

-to five living children: Mahala, John A., Jeremiah N., Isaac R., & Sarah A. Blair - the remaining 2/3 in equal prtions except for son Isaac Reid Blair to receive $300 more than the rest since the other sons have already received $300 in real estate.

-wife’s share to include dwelling house; and after her death the house to go to daughters if they be single

-after wife’s death her share to be shared equally by my children
