Final Estate Settlement of

Phillip Sechrist

The final settlement of Phillip's estate was filed in Morgan County, Indiana,
on 3 October 1865. It distributed $45.40 evenly to Phillip's heirs, naming
the following: Andrew -administrator of the estate, Jesse, Elizabeth and
Barsheba Everhart - both married but names unknown, Calvin, David's heirs,
Lindsy (sic), William, and Eleanor Stiles. Although daughter Carie was not listed,
she signed for her share on 10 February 1866. We do not know who Elizabeth
and Barsheba Everhart were. Phillip died at 73 years of age.
