"SHERIFF'S SALE". By virtue of six writs of venditioni exponas and two writs of execution to me directed from the Clerk's office of the Owen circuit court, I will sell at the Court House door in the town of Spencer, on the 7th day of March, 1849, between the hours of 10 o'clock a. m. and 4 o'clock p.m. the rents and profits for seven years in and to the following real estate, to-wit: The west fraction of section twenty-one, in township ten, north of range three west; and the east half of the south east quarter of section seventeen, in township ten, north of range three west. Also, in Lots number ten, one hundred and fourteen, and one hundred and eleven, in the town of Spencer. Also Out Lots number ten, eleven, twelve and thirteen, adjoining the town of Spencer. And on failure to realize the full amount demanded by said writs, together with damages and costs, I will at the same time and place expose to sale the fee-simple of said real estate; taken as the property of JAMES GALLETLY at the suits of the State of Indiana, ISAAC CHAMBERS, JOHN AUSTIN & CHARLES B.
