In loving memory of our Dear Baby who departed the life
November 22, 1920. She was born February 4, 1918, making
her stay with us only 2 short years, 9 months & 18 days.
She was a meek and obedient child and loved by all who
knew her. She leaves a mother, father, 1 brother, 1
sister, her grandparents & a host of friends & relatives
to mourn her death. Her body was laid to rest in the
Cunot Cemetery.

James Elmore Haltom Dies: Funeral Rites Held Sunday
James E Haltom, 72 years old, a farmer of Morgan Township, died Friday morning (May 16, 1941) at his home near Jordan Village following a long illness. He was a son of Levi and Roann (Chaney) Haltom and was born March 18, 1869. He is survived by the widow, Mrs. Annie Haltom, and two sons, Henry E. at home and Orville Haltom living near Vandalia. Also two grandchildren and several brothers and sisters. Mr. Haltom was trustee in Morgan Township from January, 1919 to January, 1923. Funeral services were held Sunday at Carolina Church, of which he was a member, and burial was made in the adjoining cemetery. Posted by Mike Rastatter
