"SHERIFF'S SALE". By virtue of an execution to me directed from the Clerk's office of the Owen circuit court, I will sell at the Court House door in the town of Spencer, on the 6th day of January, 1849, between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m. the rents and profits for seven years in and to the following real estate, to-wit: the east half of the north east quarter of section twenty, in township nine, north of range four, west, except that part of said tract which lies in the town of Freedom, and five acres sold by SAMUEL HICKS to GEORGE WISE. And on failure to realize the full amount demanded by said execution, together with damages and costs, I will at the same time and place expose to sale the fee-simple of said real estate; given up as the property of SAMUEL HICKS at the suit of the State of Indiana.
