Executor's Sale of Land
Morgan Gazette; August 13, 1857

Pursuant to the direction of the last Will and testament of Hiram Collins, deceased, as 
Executor of said Will, I will on Tuesday the 15th day of September 1857 sell the following 
described land of said deceased to wit:
The northwest quarter of the north east quarter of section 12, town 12, north of range 1, 
west containing 40 acres.
Also, the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 17, town 12, north of range 
1 east containing 40 acres. 
Also, all that part of section 16, town 12, north of range 1, east which lies west of White 
River and east of the railroad containing about 40 acres.
The sale will be between 10 o'clock in the forenoon and 4 in the afternoon on the premises. 
A credit of six months will be given for half the purchase money and twelve months for the 
balance, the purchaser giving his notes with good freehold security, waiving relief from 
valuation or appraisement laws.
