Jesse as departed this life on the 4th day of Aug, 1855. Went to
probate on the 24 th day of Aug 1855. There was a final settlement on the estate in the Dec. term of court, 1856.

For the above sums of money as annexed to the names of each heirs, the Administrators files herewith their receipts as set forth in his accounts of said estate, and that the following children have not
recieved anything from asaid Adm. towit:

William Anderson
and Hiram M. Scott as above set forth.

sworn to before me, December 2nd 1856 Chilten A. Daniall Notary Public.
And now said Administrator pays into court the said sum of one hundred
and eighty dollars and twenty eight cents which the clerk is ordered to
pay out as per said report. And it appearing to the satisfaction of the court, that said Administrator had fully administered said estate, on motion ordered that he be and he is hereby forever exonerated, discharged and quited from all further duties and liabilities as such.
