This is an abstract of the will of Joseph LEE, which is 
found in the Putnam County Will Book #3:

The will, dated 10 Dec 1895, mentions the following 
people:
Isaac LEE of Texas, his half brother
Samuel LEE, his brother
Jno. LEE (father of Thomas LEE), his brother
Green LEE, executor
R. N. Inast, executor

There was a codicil, dated 1 Sep 1896, that mentions:
Arminda Villahill, his wife

The will was received in the county clerk's office on 22 Aug 1900
