By virtue of a venditioni exponas to me directed from the Clerk's office of the Owen circuit court, I will sell at the Court House door in the town of Spencer, on the 6th day of January, 1849, between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m. the rents and profits for seven years in and to the following real estate, to-wit: Lots number forty-five and forty -six, in the town of Southport, Owen County, State of Indiana. And on failure to realize the full amount demanded by said execution, together with damages and costs, I will at the same time and place expose to sale the fee-simple of said real estate; taken as the property of JOSEPH LANDRUM, at the suit of GEORGE McCREADY.
