Sec. 20, Twp 10, range 5 west, and running thence south 
5 ½ degrees, east 16 ½ rods, thence north 84 degrees 
east 19 4/10 rods thence north 5 ½ degrees west 16 ½ 
degrees rods thence south 84 degrees west 19 4/10 rods 
to the place of beginning containing 2 acres.
