MRS. NONA DULING PLEAK, OWEN NATIVE DIES
20 August 1959 "Owen County Leader"
Mrs. Nona Duling Pleak, about 70 years old, died last Wednesday at a Nursing Home in Westport, following a long illness of carcinoma. She was well known in Owen County having lived in the Freedom community for many years. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Duling. Her husband, Mr. Pleak, preceded her in death a number of years ago. Survivors include the one sister, Mrs. Mildred England of Indianapolis and Spencer, two brothers, James Duling of Illinois and Fred Duling of Boone, Iowa. Among those from Spencer who attended the services which were held Saturday morning at Westport were; Mrs and Mrs Ross Duling, Ralph Allen, Mrs. Elizabeth Messick and Mr. and Mrs. Russell Duling. Interment was made in Greensburg Cemetery.
