CLAUDE F. POPPINO
Martinville Veteran of Two Wars is Dead
Martinsville,Ind., March 26
(Spl.) Claude F. Poppino, age sixty-eight, of this city, died Wednesday in the United States Veterans Hospital in Indianapolis, where he had been a patient since February 16. He was a veteran of the Spanish-American War and first world wars and was a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. The widow, two sons, George and Clarence Poppino; six grandchildren, a brother, Frank Poppino, of Pinehurst,Wash., and a sister Mrs. Charles Johnson, Indianapolis,survive.
