JOHN L. STUTZ #2
Owen County Democrat, Spencer, Indiana, March 24, 1892
Obituary-John L. Stutz died at his home in Franklin Township on Tuesday,
March 8, 1892, aged 86 years, 2 months and 3 days. He was a respected
citizen, a kind husband and an indulgent father. He was confined to his bed
for two months and bore his sufferings with much patience until the kind
Master called him above to live in that home prepared for the faithful. He
leaves a wife and seven children to mourn his loss. Our earthly loss is his
eternal gain, so we mourn not as those that have no hope.
