Notice of Administrator's Sale of Personal Property
Owen County News Journal; August 1, 1918

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, administratrix of the estate of 
William Thomas Lukenbill, deceased, will offer for sale at public auction at 
the late residence of said decedent, one half mile south of the town of Gosport 
in Wayne township, Owen County, Indiana on the tenth day of August, 1918 the 
personal property of said estate consisting of--
Two horses, four milch cows, two calves, one Gasoline engine, good two horse wagon, 
mowing machine, wheat drills, binder, harness, household goods and other articles 
too numerous to name, said sale to begin at one o'clock pm.

TERMS--
All sums of five dollars and under cash in hand; over five dollars a credit of not 
to exceed six months will be given, the purchaser executing his note therefore bearing 
six percent interest after maturity, waiving relief, providing attorney's fees and with 
securities thereon to the approval of the administratrix.
