Greencastle, Ind., March 9 -- The trial of CHARLES GRAY and WILLIAM GAYNOR were placed on trial here yesterday for the murder of Druggist COUNTS at Reelsville last December.

JOHN S. POTTER of Greencastle, has been pardoned by the govenor. He was sent to the penitentiary in 1893? for one year for stealing $35 of his employer's money.

DEMPSEY ROBINSON, convicted of murder at Greencastle in 1887 and sentenced to the northern prison for life has been paroled by Governor Mount.
